SUBSCRIPTION OF SYSOPEN DIGIA SHARES WITH THE 2003A- AND 2005K1- STOCK OPTIONS SysOpen Digia Plc´s 2003A- stock options have been exercised and 4,699 new shares have been subscribed for. SysOpen Digia Plc´s 2005K1- stock options have been exercised and 105,408 new shares have been subscribed for. The share subscription price with the 2003A- stock options was EUR 2.87 per share and respectively with the 2005K1- stock options EUR 1.21 per share. The nominal value of the share is EUR 0.10. Following these subscriptions SysOpen Digia´s share capital will increase by EUR 11,010.70 totalling EUR 1,829,680.40. The total number of shares will increase by 110,107 shares to 18,296,804. The share subscription period with 2003A- stock options commenced on 2 May 2004 and with 2005K1- stock options on 12 August 2005. The stock option scheme 2003 is based on the resolution by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 20 March 2003. The stock option scheme 2005 is based on the resolution by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 1st June 2005. The subscribed 110,107 new SysOpen Digia shares will be entered into the Trade Register on 28 September 2005. The new shares will carry shareholders' rights from the date of registration. SysOpen Digia has applied for their listing on the Helsinki Stock Exchange together with the company's existing shares. Trading in these shares will start on or about 28 September 2005.
