SUBSCRIPTION OF SYSOPEN DIGIA SHARES WITH THE 2003A-STOCK OPTIONS

SysOpen Digia Plc´s 2003A-stock options have been exercised and 203 new shares
have been subscribed for. The share subscription price with the 2003A- stock
options was EUR 2.87 per share.

The nominal value of the share is EUR 0.10. Following these subscriptions SysOpen
Digia´s share capital will increase by EUR 20,30, totalling EUR 1,839,534.90. The
total number of shares will increase by 203 shares to 18,395,349.

The share subscription period with 2003A- stock options commenced on 2 May 2004.
The stock option scheme is based on the resolution by the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders on 20 March 2003.

The subscribed 203 new SysOpen Digia shares will be entered into the Trade
Register on 1st December 2005. The new shares will carry shareholders' rights
from the date of registration. SysOpen Digia has applied for their listing on the
Helsinki Stock Exchange together with the company's existing shares. Trading in
these shares will start approximately on 2nd December 2005.
