SUBSCRIPTION OF SYSOPEN DIGIA SHARES WITH THE 2003B- AND 2003C- STOCK OPTIONS

SysOpen Digia Plc's 2003B-stock options have been exercised and 102.101 new
shares have been subscribed for. The share subscription price with the 2003B-
stock options was EUR 2.73 per share. Additionally, SysOpen Digia Plc's 2003C-
stock options have been exercised and 800 new shares have been subscribed for.
The share subscription price with the 2003- stock options was EUR 3.70 per share.

The share nominal value is 0,10 euros. Following these subscriptions the SysOpen
Digia's share capital will increase by EUR 10.290,10, totalling EUR 2.031.167,00.
The total number of shares will increase by 102.901 shares to 20.311.670.

The share subscription period with 2003B stock options commenced on 1 November
2004. Respectively, share subscription period with 2003C stock options commenced
on 1 November 2005. The 2003 stock option scheme is based on the resolution by
the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 20 March 2003.

The subscribed 102.901 new SysOpen Digia shares have been entered into the Trade
Register on 17 November 2006. The new shares will carry shareholders' rights from
the date of registration. SysOpen Digia has applied for their listing on the
Helsinki Stock Exchange together with the company's existing shares. Trading in
these shares will start approximately on 20 November 2006.
