SUBSCRIPTION OF SYSOPEN DIGIA SHARES WITH THE 2003B-STOCK OPTIONS

SysOpen Digia Plc's 2003B-stock options have been exercised and 4203 new shares
have been subscribed for. The share subscription price with the 2003B- stock
options was EUR 2.73 per share.

The nominal value of the share is EUR 0.10. Following these subscriptions SysOpen
Digia´s share capital will increase by EUR 420.30, totalling EUR 2,020,876.90.
The total number of shares will increase by 4203 shares to 20,208,769.

The share subscription period with 2003B- stock options commenced on 1st November
2004. The 2003-stock option scheme is based on the resolution by the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders on 20 March 2003.

The subscribed 4203 new SysOpen Digia shares has been entered into the Trade
Register on 4 October 2006. The new shares will carry shareholders' rights from
the date of registration. SysOpen Digia has applied for their listing on the
Helsinki Stock Exchange together with the company's existing shares. Trading in
these shares will start approximately on 5 October 2006.
