SYSOPEN DIGIA'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2006

SysOpen Digia Plc will disclose its financial statements for 2005 on Friday, 10
February 2006.

The company will disclose its interim reports for 2006 as follows:
- Q1 Interim Report: Thursday 27 April 2006 at 9.30 am
- Q2 Interim Report: Thursday 3 August 2006 at 9.30 am
- Q3 Interim Report: Thursday 26 October 2006 at 9.30 am

A press conference for analysts and media representatives will be held in
connection with the disclosure of financial statements for 2005 and each interim
report.


Annual General Meeting

SysOpen Digia Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting for 2006 on Thursday, 9
March 2006, in Helsinki.
