SYSOPEN DIGIA'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2007


SysOpen Digia Plc will disclose its financial statements for 2006 on Thursday, 8
February 2007 at 9:30 a.m.

The company will disclose its interim reports for 2007 as follows:
- Q1 Interim Report: Thursday 26 April 2007 at 9.30 am
- Q2 Interim Report: Tuesday 7 August 2007 at 9.30 am
- Q3 Interim Report: Tuesday 30 October 2007 at 9.30 am

A press conference for analysts and media representatives will be held in
connection with the disclosure of financial statements for 2006 and each interim
report starting at 11 a.m.


Annual General Meeting

SysOpen Digia Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting for 2007 on Wednesday, 28
February 2007, in Helsinki starting at 9:00 a.m.
