SYSOPEN DIGIA SIMPLIFIES CORPORATE STRUCTURE

SysOpen Digia Plc's Board of Directors has decided to simplify the company's
corporate structure, changing Yomi Software Ltd.'s name to SysOpen Digia
Integration Ltd. and relocating its entire integration business to the newly
named company.

Digia Inc., a SysOpen Digia Plc subsidiary, will see its name change to SysOpen
Digia Smartphone Ltd., and will be the new home for all of SysOpen Digia's
smartphone business operations.

SysOpen Digia Plc's wholly-owned susbsidiary, Eomer Holding Oy will merge into
SysOpen Digia Smartphone Ltd., their respective Boards of Directors having signed
a merger plan approved by their shareholders' meetings. Involving no payment, the
merger will make SysOpen Digia Smartphone Ltd. wholly owned by, and under the
direct ownership of, the parent company. Every effort will be made to execute the
merger as soon as possible, with the aim of completing it by 31 December 2005.

These measures will not lead to any staff reductions within SysOpen Digia Group.
