SYSOPENDIGIA PLC changes name to DIGIA PLC
                                      
Based on the decision issued by the Annual General Meeting on 11 March 2008, the
change of SYSOPENDIGIA Plc's business name (Business ID: 0831312-4) was entered 
into the Trade Register today. The company's new corporate name is Digia Oyj, or
Digia Plc in English.  
                                                         
Digia Plc's President and CEO, Juha Varelius: "In an extremely competitive      
market environment, the name is a company's single most important branding tool 
in the eyes of customers and employees alike. In addition, the name communicates
the completion of our integration process and supports our international        
expansion with a unified corporate image. After evaluating various alternatives,
we found the best business name to be Digia." 
                                  
Following the corporate name change, the trading codes of the company's share   
and the stock option scheme 2003D on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Helsinki will be
renamed as well. The new trading codes will be DIG1V for the share and          
DIG1VEW403 for the stock option scheme 2003D. The change will take effect in the
trade system of the OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki on 19 March 2008.              

In accordance with the new business name, the Digia website addresses will      
change to www.digia.fi and www.digia.com. The new ending for corporate e-mail   
addresses will be digia.com.
