THE  COMBINATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN SYSOPEN PLC AND NOVO GROUP PLC
HAS BEEN TERMINATED

Novo  Group  Plc (Novo  Group) has  terminated  the  combination
agreement (Combination Agreement) entered into with SysOpen Plc
(SysOpen) on 25 September 2003.

After  the publication of SysOpen’s Tender Offer WM-data AB (publ.) 
has made a competing offer  for  all Novo  shares. The Board of 
Directors of Novo Group has decided  to withdraw  its  
recommendation  of SysOpen’s  Tender  Offer  and  to
terminate the Combination Agreement.
