THE INVALIDATION OF SYSOPEN'S OWN SHARES

The AGM of SysOpen Plc on March 24, 2004 decided to
reduce the share capital of SysOpen Plc by EUR 10,000 by
invalidating 100,000 treasury shares. The reduction of
share capital has been registered in the Trade Register
on April 16, 2004 and the shares have been invalidated.
The current share capital of SysOpen Plc is EUR
926.291,40 consisting of 9.262.914 shares.
