THE ROLE OF HARRI KOPONEN IN DIGIA'S BOARD 

The Board of Directors has today considered the role of Member of the Board
Harri Koponen, elected by the General Meeting held by March 11, 2008, in a
situation where TietoEnator Plc has made a press release on Cidron Services
Oy's intention to make a public tender offer for all the outstanding shares in
TietoEnator. As a part of the offer Harri Koponen is planned to be appointed to
the position of Executive Chairman of the Board. 

It has been agreed at the meeting of the Board of Directors that in this
situation Harri Koponen will not participate in the work of the Board of
Directors for the time being.
