Trading with SysOpen Digia's shares on March 17, 2006

SysOpen Digia Plc has been informed that the extraordinary volume in today's
share trade is due to arrangement which was agreed between shareholders of Digia
Inc during the combination of Sysopen Plc and Digia Inc in 2005. SysOpen Digia
has published the arrangement by combination agreement stock exchange release on
February 11, 2005 and on March 7, 2005 (flagging).
