Clarification regarding Digital Illusions' acquisition of Sandbox Studios In a press release of April 11, 2001 it was stated that Digital Illusions CE AB had acquired all the liabilities of Canadian game developer Sandbox Studios group of companies. This information was incorrect. All legal liabilities still remains with Sandbox Studios and its owner. Digital Illusions CE AB has only acquired the assets of the group.
