Digital Vision AB has appointed new Managing Director

For immediate release DIGITAL VISION AB HAS APPOINTED NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR Stockholm, December, 14, 2000 - Digital Vision AB is pleased to announce the appointment of Harry Vesanen as new Managing Director from January 1, 2001. In his most recent position, Harry Vesanen served as Managing Director at Autodiagnos AB. Harry Vesanen has previous experience in strategic development and further increasing business for companies developing and marketing high-tech products. "We feel that Harry's previous experience will be an essential asset to Digital Vision AB's future" says Bengt Paulsson, Chairman of the Board. Peter Weiss, co-founder and major shareholder, will continue to work with Digital Vision AB as working member of the Board. As a consultant to the company he is expected primarily to focus on business development and strategic technology issues. Digital Vision, a Swedish company founded in 1988, provides Media Professionals throughout the world with innovative post-production, pre- mastering, telecommunications and digital cinema products from offices in Stockholm, Los Angeles, Toronto and London, as well as via a network of more than 20 distributors.
