Digital Vision's BitPack-SD Pre-mastering Workstations Sold to HBO Communications Los Angeles, June 11, 2002 - Digital Vision proudly announces the sale of two BitPack-SD Pre-mastering Workstations to HBO in New York. Home Box Office, HBO, a division of Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P. (TWE), provides 28 digital feeds of its two 24-hour premium TV services of HBO and Cinemax to subscribers across the United States. "HBO purchases BitPack-SD Encoders because of its superior quality, ability to be automated and its single pass capability of allowing AC-3 multiplexing in real time", said, Dominic Serio, Senior Vice President HBO Studios and Broadcasting Operations.
