Extract from the annual report regarding the annual general meeting and proposed dividend Owing to the fact that substantial changes in the ownership of Diligentia could occur as a result of Skandia Liv's public offer to Diligentia's shareholders, the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the annual general meeting and the setting of a proposed dividend until the situation becomes clearer.
