Dimension awarded Lithuanian order The IT integrator Dimension's subsidiary in Lithuania, CompServis Open Systems, has received an order from Lithuania's largest energy company for the delivery and implementation of IT infrastructure valued at slightly over SEK 4 million. Lithuanian Energy is Lithuania's largest energy company, with production and distribution of electric energy. In an effort to improve efficiency and assure quality in the management of its services and functions, Lithuanian Energy is now centralizing operations with a server and data storage solution designed, delivered and implemented by Dimension. "We are seeing that the expansion of IT infrastructure in the Baltic region is creating demand for integrators with extensive experience and competence in business-critical infrastructure," says Sven Uthorn, Managing Director of Dimension AB. "Through CompServis Open Systems, we are playing an important role in this work, and being entrusted to deliver infrastructure for the country's electricity supply is proof that our long-term investment in the Baltic is paying dividends."
