Dimension strengthens its cooperation with Ericsson The IT integrator Dimension has received a renewed show of confidence as a supplier to Ericsson Software Technology AB through the signing of an extended service agreement. The agreement makes Dimension a primary supplier and means it will receive all queries from Ericsson Software Technology regarding systems based on Sun Microsystems and Veritas products. In addition, the two parties have signed a support agreement with an annual value of SEK 2.7 million. Ericsson Software Technology in Karlskrona develops products for third- generation mobile telephony, such as positioning systems and payment systems. Ericsson Software Technology and Dimension have a multi-year cooperation in which Dimension has, among other things, delivered, installed and taken part in the development of service platforms for the 3G networks Ericsson is building around the world. The two new agreements further strengthen this relationship. "This is a success for the Dimension Group in that it assures us of an important source of future revenue," says Sven Uthorn, CEO of Dimension. "The agreement strengthens the continuity of our cooperation with Ericsson and extends an already close working relationship for the long term.
