Ericsson orders server solution for GSM network from Next Nordic Ericsson Radio Systems, ERA, has ordered server solutions for its service platform for GSM networks from Next Nordic AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dimension Group. This order is worth SEK 20 million. Next Nordic is a supplier of server solutions and related services to Ericsson's service platforms for mobile networks. Next Nordic provides configured hardware and integrated systems that will be included in the range of services Ericsson offers. In this instance, the solution from Next Nordic consists of servers implemented in the service platform for a GSM network, which Ericsson is building for a customer in Latin America. This solution makes it possible to create a secure billing base for their customers' utilisation of the telecom network.
