lunch! show announces an initial list of exhibitors

lunch! has released an initial exhibitors list for its 2011 event.  The UK’s only dedicated food-to-go trade show, lunch! returns to Old Billingsgate, London, on 29-30 September with over 180 exhibitors. 

With three months still to go, the organisers, Diversified Business Communications UK, say that the lunch! 2011 has already sold out once and following the release of twelve extra stands last month, only six main stands remain across the two-floor show.

“With the show selling twice as fast as last year we actually sold out of all exhibition space in mid-June.  It’s a testament to the continuing success and growing appeal of the show that I’m still getting so many calls from brilliant companies looking to exhibit on the last remaining stands,” comments a delighted Chris Brazier, lunch!’s event manager.

lunch!’s breadth of appeal is demonstrated by its incredible range and high calibre of exhibitors, representing companies from right across the entire food-on-the-move sector.  From super-fresh ingredients, aromatic coffee, handmade cakes, snacks and confectionary, to delicious breads, juices and smoothies, plus specialist equipment, packaging, signage, and much more – lunch! brings together innovative new products from established brand leaders to a wide array of smaller, niche producers all under one roof.

Now in its fourth year, the growing importance of the event is reflected by the number of new exhibitors – over 70 to date – making their first appearance at the show.  These include Norweigan deli product supplier danora; bergams, part of Groupe Norac, manufacturers of French bakery products, snacks and crudités; Sabert Europe, specialist suppliers of upscale food/bakery presentation products; and Pidy, with its ready to fill gourmet pastry products from Belgium.
