Divio announces that an additional contract for a Support Service Level Agreement is signed with Fidelity International
Divio Technologies AB (publ) today announced that investment and retirement savings provider Fidelity International has increased its engagement with Divio. This additional commitment takes the form of a Support Service Level Agreement, and entails an additional recurring monthly revenue of USD 43’200.
Divio has enjoyed a long-term relationship with Fidelity International, a partnership that has strengthened and deepened over the years. As well as its adoption of Divio’s cloud management platform, Fidelity International uses Divio as a strategic technology partner providing expertise. In turn, Fidelity has helped advance the development of the Divio platform through its requests and requirements for new technology and features, as well as consistently providing valuable feedback.
As of January 1st, 2021 Divio provides extensive Application Support services to Fidelity for all of django CMS and its associated web products. From Divio’s perspective, this represents an ideal relationship with an important enterprise-level customer, and underlines Fidelity International’s successful relationship with Divio as a technology partner.
