Recent months have  been fruitful for Divo. New customers among our smaller segments have increased recurring revenue by 10% per annum. We have also been buoyed by a recent report that places Divio number one amongst its peers for customer experience.
 

Divio’s customer experience has been recognised as a leading example for trustworthiness, clarity of purpose and openness of communication. These were the three factors at the heart of  a recently-published study covering 26 different aspects of customer experience by GetJenny, a leading Finnish-based customer services specialist, of the web presence of over 360 companies on NASDAQ First North. 

The GetJenny report confirms the success of Divio’s efforts to place the customer at the centre of our concerns. As mentioned in the report, Divio puts nothing in the way of direct communication between customers and the support they require.

Divio’s first-class customer experience is essential when acquiring new customers, and sales-wise the autumn has been busy. Divio has on-boarded 53 new paying customers, increasing the number of projects by 174. This represents an increase in monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of USD 8 619 USD (900 000 SEK in yearly recurring revenue) during this financial half year so far. Customers with smaller subscriptions are also important for us; experience shows that once on-board they tend to bring further business to the platform, and also act as ambassadors for Divio.
