DIVIO TECHNOLOGIES QUARTERLY UPDATE - GROWTH, TRANSITION TO SALES FOCUS AND EFFICIENCY.

Divio Technologies continues to grow recurring revenues throughout 2019, with 2019-Q4 totaling USD 261 thousand in subscription revenue, up 33 per cent from 2018-Q4 which yielded USD 196 thousand. Progressing in building out sales capabilities as well as increase operational efficiency with 4-6% decreased operating costs coming into 2020. 

Recurring revenue, total per quarter 2018-2019 in thousand USD, recurring revenue defined as subscriptions within the time period, likely to continue in the future.

The Company continues building out a sales organisation, which is foreseen to add leverage for future growth. Thereto, An extensive operating cost review was completed in Q4, increasing operating efficiency by lowering operating cost by 4-6%, coming into effect throughout 2020.
