On October 18th 2019, shareholders of Divio Technologies AB (publ), registration number 559077-0730, approved a directed rights issue of up to 6,000,000 B-shares and up to 12,000,000 C-warrants.

Divio Technologies continues with the listing plan on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and will invite investors and other stakeholders to Investor updates as soon as further information is available and a preliminary date can be given.
