DanCann Pharma A/S has prolonged its loan facility of SEK 13.7 million

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, 15 July 2022 - DanCann Pharma A/S (Publ) (SS: DANCAN) ("DanCann Pharma" or the "Company"), a Danish company powered by cannabinoids, hereby announces that it has prolonged its strategical loan facility of SEK 13.7 million that was announced on 26 July 2021. The agreed new termination date of the facility will be 1 October 2023.

The loan facility of SEK 13.7 million was originally granted by Modelio Equity AB (publ) and Gerhard Dal on 26 July 2021. The loan was later paid out on 1 October 2021 and had a term of 1 year until 1 October 2022. The Company today announces that the term of the loan has been prolonged until 1 October 2023. The loan will be subject to a monthly interest rate of 1.50 percent and otherwise to market terms as regards set-up fee, premature termination etc.
