EXPRES2ION BIOTECHNOLOGIES – PRESENTATION OF Q3 INTERIM REPORT 2022
Watch our virtual live event where ExpreS2ion Biotechnologies’ CEO Bent Frandsen and CFO Keith Alexander will present the company’s Q3 2022 results. You can ask questions live during the event.
The factor to watch in Q3 was the partner on the Covid-19 vaccine Bavarian Nordic which started the phase 3 trials. Bavarian Nordic announced its initiation of the trials on 2 September. More importantly, they confirmed the timeline for the initial read-out of results end 2022.
As a result, this quarter is a little wait and see, where confirmation of the timeline will hold as the most important factor to watch out for. On the financials, not many surprises are expected. Growth will be dampened by shift in focus from its legacy CRO business to developing pipeline candidates, and costs are expected to be at a higher level due to increased R&D spend for the breast cancer candidate.

XPLORA – PRESENTATION OF Q3 QUARTERLY REPORT 2022
Xplora will report its Q3 22 earnings today. You can meet the top management of Xplora on today at 13:00, as CEO Sten Kirkbak and CFO Mikael Clement will present the results and give you insights into the latest company developments. As always, you can ask questions during the live event.
Earlier in October, Xplora announced its trading statement for Q3 2022, simultaneously announcing a guidance downgrade to top-line revenue growth of 20-30% from +50% previously. The Q3 2022 trading statement showed top-line growth of 27% y/y, recurring service revenue growth of 24% y/y and subscriber number growth of 33% y/y.
Despite the group demonstrating accelerated sales growth in its established markets, macroeconomic headwinds, including inflation and higher interest rates, have hit consumer sentiment, and thus, sales have lagged behind its initial guidance.
During 2022 Xplora has expanded into new markets, pushing into the UK, USA, Germany and France with its sim services and is in the process of implementing a new ERP system. SPAREKASSEN SJÆLLAND-FYN – INTRODUKTION TIL AKTIEN
Vi annoncerede tidligere på måneden at vi har indledt samarbejde med Sparekassen Sjælland-Fyn.
Det er derfor en stor fornøjelse at invitere til vores første præsentation med Sparekassen Sjælland-Fyn. Det vil være et af vores ”Introduktion til aktien” event, hvor vi kommer bredt omkring sparekassens historik, strategi, ledelse, aktionærer mv. Samtidig kommer vi kort ind på regnskabet for 3. kvartal 2022 der offentliggøres i starten af november. Som sædvanlig kan der stilles spørgsmål til ledelsen.
