At hjælpe Posti med at forbedre kundeoplevelsen og den operationelle effektivitet med en AI-første strategi, der udnytter Infosys Topaz

Infosys vil vedtage en AI-drevet tilgang drevet af Infosys Topaz, et AI-first-tilbud, der bruger generative AI-teknologier til at styrke Posti med operationel effektivitet og servicekvalitet. Derudover vil Infosys Cobalt udnytte sine Live Enterprise Application Management Platform (LEAP), en cloud-aktiveret platform til at levere NextGen Application Management Services til virksomheder for at fremskynde deres cloud-rejse for at hjælpe med at drive virksomhedens produktivitet.
