Change of Certified Adviser
COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 96
LED iBond International A/S has entered into an agreement with HC Andersen Capital, an approved certified adviser by Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark. The reason for the change has been, among other things, that HC Andersen Capital is a Danish-based certified adviser and that LED iBond wants a greater focus on Danish investors and investor communities.

The agreement will be effective as of 1 July 2024.
