New joint R&D project

LED iBond International (LED iBond) has entered an R&D partnership with Solar-Tectic LLC, a US-based company developing leading edge technology for the solar cell and lighting market.

The partnership is organised as a Danish joint development company, Baldr Light ApS (under formation), equally owned by the two development partners. The purpose of the development company is to develop and apply for a patent for a new lighting technology.
