On Friday, at our Annual General Meeting, Charlotte Enlund, will be presented as a candidate for the board of Nexcom A/S.

Charlotte has more than 18 years of management experience leading global multifunctional teams of more than 500 employees.

Charlotte holds both a M.Sc in Complex Adaptive Systems from Chalmers University of Technology & Lund University, as well as a B.Sc. in Business Economics focused on Organizational Theory from Gothenburg School of Business.

Since August 2019, Charlotte has been Vice President, Digital Health Solutions at Getinge. Providing hospitals and life science institutions with products and systems that contribute to quality enhancement and cost efficiency within healthcare and life sciences. Here she leads a global multi-site team of software developers, product managers, business developers, sales and after sales specialists. Prior to this position, she was Chief Operating Officer at FlexLink, a global leader within industrial automation, since February 2015. In this role she was responsible for Research & Development, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Warehouses and global Project Fulfilment, leading a team of 500 people.

Charlotte currently holds the following board positions:

December 2020 - Board Member, Mathem
Sweden’s leading online grocery retailer with Kinnevik & Verdane as major owners.

September 2020 - Board Member, ReVibe
A venture company powering the IoT by providing vibration energy harvesting solutions with Saab Ventures and Chalmers Ventures as major owners.
