Termination of Agreement with Liquidity Provider
In March 2021, Nexcom A/S entered into an agreement with Lago Kapital to provide services that would strengthen the liquidity of its shares. This is the agreement that is being terminated.

As described in our company announcement no. 4-2021, In March of 2021 Nexcom A/S entered into an agreement with Lago Kapital to provide services that would strengthen the liquidity of its shares. Based on its own assessment, Nexcom has found that the purpose of the agreement has been achieved. Therefore, Nexcom does not find this service necessary to be provided anymore and has decided to discontinue the service. The termination will take effect on and from March 21st, 2022.
