BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN VITAL FORSIKRING ASA

At a meeting of the Supervisory Board on 19 June 2007, Vital Forsikring ASA re-elected the following members of the Board of Directors: Gunnar Reitan, Siri Pettersen Strandenes and Kristin Birkeland. Cathrine Klouman and Lars Rosén were elected new board members. Jack Selven was re-elected as deputy and Oddmunn Olsen was elected as new deputy.
