BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DnB NOR BANK ASA

At a meeting of the Supervisory Board on 17 June 2009, DnB NOR Bank ASA re-elected the following members of the Board of Directors: Per Hoffmann, Kai Nyland and Torill Rambjør. Sverre Finstad was re-elected as a deputy by the employees. The term of office is up to two years. The Board of Directors now consists of the following members: Per Hoffmann, Oslo (employee) Kari Lotsberg, Sweden Kai Nyland, Hamar Bent Pedersen, Denmark Torill Rambjør, Tjøme Ingjerd Skjeldrum, Drammen (employee) Anne Carine Tanum, Rømskog and the following deputies elected by the employees: Sverre Finstad, Moelv Jorunn Løvås, Bergen
