CHANGES IN VITAL`S SENIOR MANAGEMENT GROUP

Vital`s new managing director Tom Rathke is reorganising and changing the composition of the senior management group in Vital as of today. DnB NOR Asset Management and Vital will be coordinated to strengthen our efforts related to long-term saving across the group. Although we want coordination and a better use of resources in the new business area, the current company structures will be maintained. Vital`s managing director Tom Rathke will head up the new business area. As Mr. Rathke is assuming responsibility for DnB NOR Asset Management as well as Vital, Mr. Anders Skjævestad is appointed deputy managing director in Vital Forsikring ASA. Mr. Skjævestad will be head of Staff and Supporting Areas and be responsible for following up the insurance activities and daily operations. Ms. Wenche Seljeseth becomes new head of Corporate Market, in charge of market, products and customer service in the corporate market and public sector. Mr. Frode J. Hansen continues as head of Sales - Corporate Clients, which from now on will include sales to the public sector. Ms. Britt Iren Spjeld becomes acting head of the Individual Market. The appointment of a permanent head of the Individual market is planned for the autumn of 2007. Mr. Øystein Stephansen becomes the new head of finance, while Mr. Kjell J.
