Board member of DNB Bank ASA resigns

Following the election of Stine Bosse as a Member of the European Parliament in June 2024, Bosse has informed that she wants to resign from her role as a member of the Board of Directors of DNB Bank ASA and focus on her role as MEP. Bosse was elected as a board member at the annual general meeting in April 2023, for a period of two years. Bosse resigns from her position with immediate effect.
