Agreement

The Board of DOF ASA has signed an agreement of merger between DOF ASA and its wholly owned subsidiaries DOF Installer AS, DOF BOA AS and District Supply VII AS. The mergers may come in to force after the 2 months creditor notice period of Brønnøysund Register Centre has expired, and will be completed primo September 2009.
