CEO DOF Subsea AS

DOF ASA subsidiary DOF SUBSEA AS has announced a management change. Mons Aase has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company effective immediately. A process for a permanent CEO has been started and Mons will step-down from the role once the permanent CEO has been recruited and a transition process has been completed. Steve Brown will return to Perth as Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Asia business unit. Steve Brown was instrumental in the Asian business unit’s strong past performance and the repositioning of one of the Company’s key executives to this market reflects the importance of Asia to the Company’s strategic growth objectives.
