CHARTER CONTRACT SKANDI EMERALD

A Letter of Intent has been entered into by Norskan Offshore Ltda with OGX about a 1-year contract with 1 year option for Skandi Emerald, the first new building Aker DOF Deepwater AS has ordered in Vietnam. An agreement will be made between Norskan Offshore Ltda and Aker DOF Deepwater AS. The vessel will be delivered in first half of 2010.
