DOF ASA is considering issuing a secured bond loan in the Norwegian bond market

DOF ASA is considering issuing a secured bond loan in the Norwegian bond market with maturity 10 June 2011. In connection with the new issue, DOF ASA will offer contingent buy-back of bonds in DOF03 (ISIN NO0010247935), DOF05 PRO (ISIN NO0010404940) and DOF04 PRO (ISIN NO0010321128). The usage of funds are for refinancing of existing debt and for general corporate purposes. Furthermore, the funds will also provide an adequate liquidity buffer in case of any shortfall of traditional financing in the near-term.
