DOF ASA SUBSIDIARY GEOGRAPH SHIPPING AS SECURES LONG TERM CONTRACT IN AUSTALIA FOR ITS VESSEL ”SKANDI BERGEN”.

DOF ASA (DOF) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Geograph Shipping AS has secured a long term Bareboat Charter Contract in Australia for its vessel MV “Skandi Bergen”. The vessel is a Multipurpose Offshore Support Vessel, built and delivered in 2007. The term of the agreement is between 4 and 6 years initially. The Bareboat Charterer is dmaa SEAFORCE Pty Limited, of Fyshwick ACT, Australia. The vessel will serve a long term Charter Contract between the Bareboat Charterer and the Commonwealth of Australia represented by the Australian Customs and Border Protection Services. dmaa SEAFORCE has sub contracted Teekay Marine Pty. Limited to manage the ship during its tenure in Australia. The CEO of DOF, Mons S.
