DOF Subsea UK Secures IRM Contract
DOF ASA' subsidiary, the Aberdeen-based specialist subsea service company DOF Subsea UK has secured a contract for Inspection, Repair and Maintenance Services in the Baobab field, West Africa which is worth approximately £1 million.
The project is scheduled to start in Q2 2011, using DOF Subsea’s vessel, the Geoholm. The scope of work, includes Multiphase Flow Meter removal and replacement, Choke replacement and Subsea Control Module replacement in water depths around 1,200m. The project is expected to last approximately 14 days.
