Election of new board members DOF ASA
In connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders in DOF ASA to be held on 6 July, 2016, the Nomination Committee has proposed that the following persons be elected as new board members in the company, in replacement of Nina Sandnes, Olav Kristian Falnes and Karoline Møgster, ref. item 8 on the agenda:
Kathryn M. Baker.
Kathryn M. Baker was born in 1964, and is a United States citizen residing in Norway. She holds a bachelor degree in Economics and an MBA. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Central Bank of Norway (Norges Bank), where she is also a member of the audit and ownership committees. Ms. Baker also serves on the European Advisory Board of the Tuck School of Business, and the Ethics Committee of the Norwegian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (NVCA), where she previously served as Chairman. Ms. Baker, who also holds several other board positions, was previously a partner at the Norwegian private equity firm Reiten & Co for 15 years, and has held positions with Morgan Stanley and McKinsey.
Lars Purlund.
Lars Purlund was born in 1965 and is a Danish citizen residing in Denmark. Mr Purlund holds a Master degree in International Economics and has worked for several banks, hereunder Danske Bank A/S and Svenska Handelsbanken. He has a background as investment manager with Sparinvest S.A. and currently holds various board positions, among them with Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco).
Marianne Møgster.
Marianne Møgster was born in 1974. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Administration (NHH). She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance in DOF Subsea and has experience from several other positions in DOF, StatoilHydro and Norsk Hydro. Ms. Møgster has experience as a board member with companies in the DOF Group and has been a board member of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA since 2012.
