NEW CONTRACT IN BRAZIL

DOF ASA's 100 % owned Brazilian subsidiary NorSkan Offshore Ltda. has signed a LOI with OGX Petroleo e Gas Ltda. for the charter of an AHTS (Hull 25) under construction at Aker Promar in Brazil.

DOF ASA's 100 % owned Brazilian subsidiary NorSkan Offshore Ltda. has signed a LOI with OGX Petroleo e Gas Ltda. for the charter of an AHTS (Hull 25) under construction at Aker Promar in Brazil. The duration of the contract is 3 years plus one optional year. Commencement is estimated to July 2009. DOF will use Skandi Møgster as Front-runner until delivery of Hull 25 in December 2010. Contract value for the firm contract period is approx. NOK 320 million.
Hull 25 is a medium sized AHTS with 12.000 BHP and 145 T Bollard Pull.
