Purchase of Skandi Waveney

Waveney AS has entered into an agreement to buy Skandi Waveney and the purchase will be fulfilled this week. DOF ASA’s ownership interest is approximately 40%.

Skandi Waveney is a PSV of UT 755 design built in Norway in 2001. The vessel has been on B/B contract with DOF Rederi AS since its delivery in 2001. The B/B contract will continue until its expiration in April 2009. Skandi Waveney is on charter for Marathon in the Norwegian sector. Both the Marathon and the B/B contract terminate in April 2009.
