Recorded increase of share capital

Reference is made to stock exchange notice issued by DOF ASA (“DOF”) on 13 September 2011 regarding the completion of the private placement of shares and increase of the share capital of DOF.
 
The share capital increase has now been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises. The share capital of DOF following the increase is NOK 222,075,950 divided into 111,037,975 shares.
