In addition:
• Djupedalen AS (controlled by Hilde Drønen) has accepted the offer for 8 000 shares
• MOCO AS (controlled by Mons S. Aase) has accepted the offer for 902 900 shares
• Cinus AS (controlled by Hans Mrtin Gravdahl, board member of DOF Subsea ASA) has accepted the offer for 1 433 710 shares


Upon completion of settlement under the offer none of the above mentioned primary insiders will own shares in DOF Subsea ASA.
