The acquisition of the business of Stargen Inc was closed late Friday February 23rd as all buyer`s and seller`s closing conditions have been met. The final number of Dolphin shares to be issued is 2.530.769, whilst a total of 900 000 warrants will be issued to former Stargen employees. A prospectus will be filed with the Oslo Stock Exchange today. After the transfer of the new shares, former Stargen owners will hold 22% of outstanding shares in Dolphin.
