ANNOUNCEMENT OF PUBLIC STOCK ISSUE

The Board of Directors Tuesday resolved to offer up to 6.250.000 new shares in a public offering at the indicative subscription price of NOK 7 - 9. The purpose of the stock issue is to; secure funds for the ongoing development of NumaChip, a new way of building mainframe computers from ordinary computers, increase general liquidity in the group and to secure a strong launch of Dolphin Express. The introduction of Dolphin Express is expected to gain momentum with the forthcoming launch of PCI Express based technology and Dolphin expects total revenue to double in 2008.

The company has chosen Orion Securities as manager and bookrunner for the issue.

28 November to 12 December 2007

The offering will comprise:
A Retail Offering, in which new shares are offered
to the public subject to a lower limit per
application of 1000 shares and a maximum of 49 000
new shares per application; and

An Institutional Offering, in which new shares are offered to institutional investors and other professional investors. The minimum application in the Institutional Offering is 50 000 new shares.

The final offering price in both the institutional and the retail offering will be determined by a book building process in the institutional offering.  

A shareholders meeting will be called and held the day after the close of the application period, on December 13, 2007, in order to resolve the stock issue.
