Annual report 2014 approved
The Board of Directors of Dolphin Group ASA has approved the 2014 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"). There are no changes from the fourth quarter release.
The Company will make available an electronic version of the 2014 annual report to the shareholder within April. This information is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
