CAPITAL INCREASE APPROVED BY SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

The extraordinary shareholders meeting held at 2 pm today approved the Boards proposal for capital increase in connection with the public issue that closed December 12, 2007, as well as all other proposals on the agenda. See minutes of the meeting attached at www.newsweb.no

Details of the capital increase include:
Subscription price is NOK 3.75
New shares issued 4,483,001
New no of shares after the issue will be 16,871,111
The new registered share capital will be NOK
3,374,222.20.
The new shares will be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange following the registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
